Can I override the cart recommendations with hand-picked products?

Yes.  All you have to do is log in to Recommendify, go the the Settings page, and tick the  box that says  Override cart products with custom recommendations when available.

Then, whatever products you have already associated with the ones in the customer's cart will be recommended.
